Liztener 2.2

Liztener is a free application designed for music listening and sharing, offering a versatile and user-friendly experience. It enables users to play local music files as well as stream audio from various streaming services and web radio sources, including YouTube®, SoundCloud®, Spotify®, web radio channels, as well as integrating with your iTunes® music library and imported files via iTunes transfer.

The platform-independent nature of Liztener playlists allows users to include tracks from any of these sources within a single playlist. Additionally, it offers the capability to import existing playlists from YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, and iTunes, simplifying the transition for users switching between services.

Sharing functionalities are straightforward; users can distribute their playlists via email or utilize the in-app playlist transfer feature to send music to nearby devices — provided both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

In terms of technical specifications, Liztener supports all major audio formats—including MP3, AAC, Apple Lossless, AIFF, FLAC, and WAV—up to high-resolution 192kHz/24bit quality, which can be imported via iTunes file transfer. An optional upgrade provides hi-res USB audio output up to 192kHz for an improved listening experience.
